Your Rice experience will begin in August with O-Week, a dynamic and transformative orientation week. This is your opportunity to register for classes and discover the rich academic opportunities that await you. O-Week will also immerse you in Rice's policies, resources, and values, as well as the vibrant traditions, culture, and community of your residential college.
The presence of upperclassmen during O-Week is one of its greatest strengths, offering you invaluable insights and support. Peer Academic Advisors are here to guide you through course registration, while your O-Week Advisors will introduce you to the social life at Rice and assist in your academic journey. The dedication of your O-Week Coordinators, who have tirelessly collaborated with various campus departments, ensures an exceptional O-Week experience.
